Do you like singing?  Are you in Paris on 18th June 2016? Come and take part in the Operaoke, the great lyrical karaoke organised in the fan zone of the Euro 2016 at the foot of the Eiffel tower!

The European football championship will take place in France this year, from 10th June to 10th July 2016. In Paris, matches will be played at the Parc des Princes and at the Stade de France (Saint-Denis).  A fan zone will be set up in the Champ de Mars at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. This closed and secured space will enable supporters to watch the matches for free. The area will also welcome restaurants, bars, shops, animations and shows.

This exceptional display is the ideal opportunity for the Opéra Comique to make their repertoire known thanks to a great lyrical karaoke.  From Offenbach to Bizet, the biggest successes of the repertoire will be stricken up by the public that will follow the lyrics on the big screen.  Christophe Grapperon will direct the orchestra and the accentus choir that will be on stage, and all the participants will stand on the grass.

When and where?

Saturday 18th June 2016 at 12.30pm for an hour on the central stage. The fan zone opens at 12.00pm.
